Work Heights is a seven-location neighborhood coworking network in Brooklyn. Each of our spaces has its own character, and our members are freelancers, small business owners, remote workers, and creatives who value community and a great work environment. We're passionate about our members and the communities we've built in each neighborhood.

We're hiring a Part-Time Cleaner to keep our spaces sharp. Our members notice everything: a clean bathroom, a stocked coffee station, a desk that's ready to work at. You'll move between multiple Brooklyn locations on a set schedule, working independently and reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

What You'll Do: Clean and reset common areas, private offices, conference rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms across our locations. Vacuum, mop, dust, and wipe down surfaces. Handle trash and recycling, including taking bins out and bringing them in. Keep coffee stations, snack shelves, printers, and supply closets stocked and organized. Run through a merchandising checklist at each space so chairs, tables, and shared areas are reset and presentable. Track cleaning and paper supply inventory and flag when we're running low. Report maintenance issues, damage, and anything that needs attention.

What We're Looking For: 1+ year of professional cleaning experience (commercial, office, hospitality, or residential). Attention to detail and an eye for presentation. Reliable and punctual: our members depend on the spaces being ready. Comfortable working independently and traveling between multiple Brooklyn locations. Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stay on your feet through a shift. A smartphone is required for scheduling and reporting. Passionate about Brooklyn and the people who make it what it is.

Compensation & Benefits: Starting at $25.00 per hour, approximately 20 hours per week. All cleaning supplies and equipment provided. Paid holidays.
