GRANDER is a renovated 2-story workspace built around a central skylight. The Pinnacle Offices line a quiet hallway off the common area, close enough to the kitchen that you can grab a coffee without putting on shoes.

It's a four-minute walk to the Metropolitan G and L trains, and a ten-minute block from McCarren Park.

How do I lock in a price?
Choose the 1-year term and the rate is fixed for twelve months. Month-to-month rates are held for your first year, after they are subject to change.
What's the security deposit?
We charge a prepaid final month. It's used as your last month's payment. We don't charge setup fees, broker fees, or any upcharges for furniture, Wi-Fi, or printing.
Can I bring my own desk or chair?
Yes. The room comes furnished, but if you'd rather use your own setup we can store the included furniture for you while you're a member.
How quickly can I move in?
Same day, in most cases. We need your initial prorated first month, plus your prepaid final month to clear, then we hand you a key.
What happens if I outgrow the smaller office?
If the bigger one is open, you can move at any time and we'll prorate the change. We won't make you re-sign or pay another deposit.
Is the office actually private?
Yes, solid walls, lockable door, and a transom for borrowed light. Conversations stay in the room.
