Both offices are identical — private, lockable, furnished two-person rooms sharing GRANDER's skylit common areas. Pick your term. All-in rates include Wi-Fi, kitchen, conference rooms, 24/7 access, mail, and cleaning.
No setup fees, no broker fees. Deposit is a single prepaid final month.

Both available offices share the same finish, the same light, and the same skylit hallway just outside the door.
The Two-Person
High ceilings, warm pendant lighting, and rich hardwood floors form the canvas. A pair of wide upper windows draws in soft, natural light from the skylit hall and back garden, giving the space the feel of a small, quiet studio. Fitted with two height-adjustable desks and two Aeron chairs.

Work Heights, in Williamsburg
GRANDER is a renovated two-story workspace built around a central skylight. The Pinnacle Offices line a quiet hallway off the common area — close enough to the kitchen to grab a coffee without putting on shoes.
It's a four-minute walk to the Metropolitan G and L trains, and a ten-minute block from McCarren Park.
